摘要 针对铝合金钨极气体保护焊(Gas Tungsten Arc Welding,GTAW)弧长跟踪过程中,电弧信号采集和处理的精确性和实时性较差,设计了一套弧压信号调理电路,并采用数据采集卡,以中断方式实现信号的高速采集.对信号通过离线分析确定信号处理方式为:去极值平均滤波、限幅均值滤波,获取弧压特征值.依最小二乘原理拟合弧压与弧长数据,建立函数模型.结果表明,该弧压采集系统和信号处理算法获得较好的效果,所建立的弧压弧长函数模型具有良好的精度. Aimed at the poor accuracy and real-time in acquisition and processing of the arc voltage signals,in arc length tracking process of aluminum GTAW,a circuitry for signals acquisition and conditioning was designed.Fast analogy input were realized in a interrupting way based on data acquisition card.After analyzed the signals off-line,the signals process was determined as following: zero point floating,limiter average filtering,obtaining the value of the arc voltage.The relationship between arc voltage and arc length was fitted in certain welding condition base on the least square.The results show that the signal acquisition system and signal processing arithmetic are effective,and the precision of the model between arc length and arc voltage is sufficient enough to realize the arc tracking.
