摘要
本文分析了弧长变化过程和弧长变化允许范围域,得出了最大坡度角α_(max)和焊枪一次运行步数N的计算公式。经过硬件和软件的抗干扰设计,解决了因伪信号而引起的误纠差调整问题,有效地保证了弧长在焊接过程中自动稳定在所设定的范围内。
Through the analyse of the arc length alternating process and the allowed extentrange for arc length variation. the calculation formula of the maximal gradient angle α_(max) and one-off moved step number N of welding torch in this paper are obtained. With the an programming design of hardware and software, the problem of false regulation caused by dum-my signal is solved, and the automatic stabilizing of arc length during welding process in the designed range effectively is guarranteed.
