摘要
在电弧电压与弧长对应关系基础上,对脉冲TIG焊中电弧电压进行了分析;通过实时采样峰值电流期间的电弧电压,并通过加装硬件进行进一步处理,提取表征弧长的稳态部分,设计出一种脉冲TIG焊弧长跟踪系统。该系统已成功应用于管道全位置打底焊。试验证明,工作性能稳定,跟踪精度较高,焊缝成形好。
The are voltage of pulsed TIG welding has been analysed based on the relationship of are voltage and are length.The characterization of are length steady-state part has been extracted through real-time sampling and further treating the are voltage during the peak current,and a type of arc tracking system of pulsed TIG welding has been designed.It has been successfully applied to all-position pipeline backingwelding. The test proved that the system works stably and tracks accurately.
