摘要
目的：建立了活络喷雾剂中4种挥发性成分的含量测定方法。方法：采用气相色谱法分离丁香酚、水杨酸甲酯、冰片、薄荷脑,并用外标法定量。结果：4种成分均达到良好分离,在测定范围内线性良好,回收率均在98%-102%之间。结论：所建立的方法快速、稳定、重现性好。
Objective：To establish a GC method for determining the volatility constituents in huoluo aerosol. Methods ： The contents of eugenol, methylsalicylate, borneol, menthol were determined by gas chromatography. Results：The volatility contents were well separated and the linearity was fine with the recovery in the range of 98% -102%. Conclusion：The method is rapid,stable and good reproducibility.
