摘要
采用紫外法测定注射用柱晶白霉素与甲硝唑注射液的含量,并探讨注射用柱晶白霉素与甲硝唑爱射液临床配伍的可行性,为临床合理用药提供依据。其方法平均加样回收率好,具有很好的稳定性,且在测定范围内呈良好的线性关系。
We determined the content of leucomycinum for injection and metronidazole injec- tion by UV,discussed the feasibility of the compatibilty of leucomycinum for injection and metronidazole injection and provided a basis for reasonable clinical using.By this method,we got a good average recovery,fine stability and a good linear relationship in the range of determination.
