摘要
文中采用GC/MS法,研究了具有显著祛除青春痘效果的长白山野杜鹃花精油的化学成分.鉴定出47种化合物,测定了各化合物的相对含量,其中主要成分为对伞花烃(23.47%)、异土荆芥油素(18.88%)、桧烯(9.88%)和α 松油烯(7.61%).在杜鹃花精油中首次检出的土荆芥油素和异土荆芥油素则可能是其药效的主要成分.
The essential oil of Rhododendron Spp. in Changbaishan was analyzed by GC/MS. Fortyseven components were identified and their relative contents were determined. The main components were: pCymene; Isoascaridole; Sabinene and α Terpinene.Ascaridole and isoascaridole, which was first detected in Rhododendron Spp.oil,and may be the effective ingredients for the medicine.
