3个地被菊品种香气成分的分析 被引量:17

摘要 研究地被菊的香气成分及其日变化规律。采用活体植株动态顶空套袋-吸附采集法与TCT-GC/MS(热脱附冷阱-气相色谱/质谱联用)分析技术相结合,对东林瑞雪、玉龙和向阳3个地被菊品种花朵的香气成分进行分析,用总离子流峰面积归一化法对香气成分在总挥发物中的相对含量进行比较,对东林瑞雪一天中3个不同时段花朵香气成分的变化情况进行研究。结果表明:东林瑞雪花朵香气成分有13种,玉龙有6种,向阳有14种;樟脑,莰烯和-α蒎烯为3种地被菊共有的香气成分;樟脑在3个品种中的相对含量均超过17%;其他香气成分的相对含量因品种不同差别很大。东林瑞雪主要香气成分中,莰烯含量随时间推移逐渐下降,樟脑含量先下降后上升,其他香气成分均呈先升高后下降的趋势。3个地被菊品种的香气成分不同,其中有3种共有的香气成分;东林瑞雪各主要香气成分在一天中的不同时段均稳定存在,但其相对含量呈明显的日变化。 Aromatic ingredients of three ground-cover chrysanthemum cultivars(Donglinruixue,Yulong and Xiangyang) were investigated.The diurnal rhythm of aromatic ingredients in Donglinruixue was also studied.Aromatic ingredients of flowers of three ground-cover chrysanthemum cultivars and the diurnal rhythm of aromatic ingredients in Donglinruixue were analysed by dynamic headspace collection and TCT-GC/MS.The relative contents in percentage were calculated with area normalization method and compared each other.There were 13 compounds identified in Donglinruixue,6 compounds in Yulong and 14 compounds in Xiangyang.Camphor,camphene and α-Pinene were the mutual ingredients of the three cultivars.The quantitative data of camphor in them were all more than 17%,whereas the contents of other ingredients were quite different among cultivars.There were obvious daily changes of relative content of main aroma ingredients in ground-cover chrysanthemum cultivar Donglinruixue,but no difference in the components of those aroma ingredients.The relative content of camphene decreased gradually,camphor decreased firstly and then increased,other aroma ingredients increased firstly and then decreased.The aromatic ingredients of the 3 cultivars of ground-cover chrysanthemum were different from each other but 3 of them were mutual in these cultivars.The main components of aromatic ingredients in Donglinruixue had no change,but the relative contents of them had significant daily change.
