摘要
本文采用GC -MS技术研究了珍珠梅挥发性物质组成及日动态变化规律。共检测到 6 1种挥发性物质 ,这些挥发性物质的释放具有日动态变化的特点 ,这种动态变化体现在释放含量水平和组成两个方面。各类挥发性物质的差异显著水平并不相同。在珍珠梅挥发性物质中 ,检测到高含量的含氮化合物、苯甲醛和异戊醇等刺激性较强的有毒物质 。
The VOCs constitutes and their daily variances releasing from flowers of Sobaria kirilowii(Regel)Maxim. was studied by GC-MS technique. The results of variance analysis shows that alcohols,aldehydes,organic acids and nitrogen compounds,variances reach a very remarkable level,while acetones and esters,variances are not remarkable. A large amount of nitrogen containing compounds, benzyladehyde and isopentyl alcohol was also detected, especially during 13:00~16:00, which are harmful for the human being's health.
