摘要
从用牛卵泡抑制素α-亚基片段免疫过的健康鸡所产蛋的卵黄液中提取抗体,得粗提物;然后用不同剂量的粗提物被动免疫20只性成熟小白鼠和20只发情周期大白鼠,并以生理盐水处理作为对照。结果发现,小白鼠用03ml抗体处理后,卵巢与子宫增重显著高于对照组(P<005)。大白鼠用06ml抗体处理后,卵泡平均数显著高于对照组(P<005)。这些结果表明,牛卵泡抑制素抗体被动免疫对小白鼠和大白鼠的子宫和卵泡发育有促进作用。因此,可用小白鼠或大白鼠对卵泡抑制素抗体活性进行生物学测定。
The antibodies against bovine follicular inhibin α- subunit fragment were prepared with yolk of immunized hens and used to passively immunized 20 mice and 20 rats The results indicated that the mice treated with 0 3ml of antibodies to inhibin presented a higher weight of ovaries and uterus than those treated with normal saline (P<0 05) the rats treated with 0 6ml of antibodies to inhibin had a greater number of follicles than those treated with normal saline These results suggest that the passive immunization against the bovine follicular inhibin promotes the uterine and follicular development Therefore, the mouse and rat can be used as animal model to develop a biological method for assay of the antibodies to inhibin
