摘要
聚氨酯具有极好的耐磨性、耐溶剂性、粘接性能,以及良好的低温性能、高光泽、保光性等性能优势。以聚氨酯为主要粘结料,通过添加适量助剂,进行水性油墨的制备实验,并对聚氨酯基水性油墨的抗水性、光泽度、初干性、细度等性能指标进行了分析。结果表明,利用聚氨酯代替传统树脂粘结料,能制备综合性能优异的环保型水性油墨。
Polyurethane has several advantages, such as excellent wear resistance, solvent resistance, and adhesive performance, good low-temperature performance, high gloss, and light fastness. Water-based ink was prepared using polyurethane as the main binder, through adding appropriate additives. The performance indicators of water resistance, gloss, drying performance, and fineness were analyzed. The results showed that polyurethane can be used to prepare environment-friendly water-based ink with excellent integrated performance substituting traditional resin binder.
