摘要
为减小复制进口机器凸轮时的误差,使复制的凸轮具有或超过原始凸轮的运动性能,通过运用矢量法对某企业生产的单张纸胶印机咬纸牙开闭机构中,凸轮的运动规律进行反求,得到了类似于简谐运动的实际从动件运动规律,从而为分离出原始开闭牙凸轮的综合误差,改进从动件的运动性能,提高整机的动态工作性能提供科学依据。
In order to reduce error on copying machine and exceed movement performance of primitive cam, reverse kinematic regulation on gripper opening and closing mechanism of vector single sheet offset was studied. The result showed that the primitive cam has similar sine kinematic regulation. The purpose was to provide reference for separating synthetical error, improving movement performance, and dynamic performance of single sheet offset machine.
