根据给纸机递纸吸嘴机构的运动特性与工艺条件,给出了适合印刷速度高于15,000印张/h的给纸机递纸吸嘴机构共轭凸轮廓线的设计方法,通过选定或设计从动件运动规律进行共轭凸轮机构设计,这样可以确保凸轮机构具有良好的运动和动力性能;为高性能、高速度的给纸机设计提供了研究基础。
According the technological characteristic and process conditions for suction nozzle of paper-feeding mechanism, a kind of design method of conjugate cams was established for high speed paper feeding, by choosing or designing motion law of cam follower. The method can ensure good kinematics and dynamics performance of conjugated cams, and can be a research basis for high speed feeding mechanism.
