摘要
为降低单张纸胶印机停转辊平行分度凸轮机构中的冲击与振动,提高机构的工作精度和平稳性,在跃度连续的通用简谐梯形运动规律基础上,结合停转辊装置的工作要求,研究了从动转盘运动规律优化设计数学模型的建立方法,并使用Matlab对其进行了求解。利用Adams的运动仿真及轨迹线绘制技术,研究了平行分度凸轮廓线的快速精确获取方法,提高了设计的效率和质量。
In order to reduce the impact and vibration in the rest-rotate roller's parallel indexing cam mechanism in high-speed single-sheet offset, as well as to improve the mechanism's precision and stability, this paper researches the optimal model's building method for the follower turnplate's motion law based on the general purpose harmonic-trap- ezoidal combinational cam curve which has continuous jerk combining with the working process requirement of the roll- er, and solves the model with Matlab. Besides, this paper uses Adams's kinematics simulation and trace spline creating function to draw the parallel indexing cam's contour quickly and precisely, which improves both the design efficiency and the design quality.
