摘要
在形态分析的较高层次上,讨论了用毛细管电泳方法研究重金属镉的易变形态。通过毛细管电泳力的测定,在建立的一种叫作峰漂移法的实验模型下,可以获得重金属易变形态在水体系中极低的稳定常数,从而救是各种形态的浓度及其分布。将本方法分别应用于镉与柠酸根和氯离子存在的水体系,获得了与文献值基本一致的结果。
Capillary electrophoretic speciation has been approached.By measuring the electrophoretic mobilities of species effected by ligands in aqueous media,and under the experimental model namely electrophoretic peak shifting,the equilibrium constants of cadmium labile specie complex formed by heavy metal ions and ligands.The distribution and concentration of every species can be obtained.This method has been applied to the research of an aqueous systems of cadmium with citrate and chloride,which showed that the results were coincide with the data in previous literatures.
