摘要
研究了偶氮氯膦I与钢铁中铬的显色反应,试验表明,以六次甲基四胺为缓冲溶液,铬(Ⅲ)与偶氮氯膦I能形成稳定的络合物,其最大吸收波长λmax=580nm,表面摩尔吸光系数ε=5.2×10^5,与偶氮氯膦I的络合比为1:1,用本法测定了几种合金中的铬含量,结果是令人满意的。
The colour reaction of chromium with chlorophosphonazo Ⅰ(CPA-Ⅰ)has been investigated.It is shown that in hexamethylenetetramine medium chromium can form a stable complex with CPA-Ⅰ and the ratio of the complex has been found to be 1:1.The maximum absorption of the complex is at 580nm and the apparent molar absorptivity is 5.2×10~5. Beer's law is obeyed in the rangt of 0-85μgCr/50ml.The method can be used for the determination of chromium in alloy steel with satisfactory results.
