摘要
本科生导师制是目前我国高校教育教学改革的新途径和新模式,医学教育要求培养具有创新精神和实践能力的专业人才,本文主要阐述了在临床医学院校中实行本科生导师制的优缺点,并试图寻找培养医学创新人才的有效途径。
The undergraduate tutorial system has been carried out as a new pathway and pattern of college education and teaching reform in China. Medical education aims at cultivating professional doctors with innovative spirit and practice ability. This paper analyzes the merits and demerits of implementing the undergraduate tutorial system at clinical colleges and seeks an effective means to produce medical talents.
