摘要
区域创新活动布局于特定的地理空间,具有一定的结构特征,是区域创新能力与水平的表征。针对我国资源型城市创新体系的空间结构残缺,严重阻碍创新体系功能发挥的现状,以科技工业园作为资源型城市创新体系的空间发展方式,对资源型城市创新具有重大作用。
The regional innovation activities having structural characteristic are placed in specific geographic space. They symbolize the capacity and level of regional innovation. On the basis of the current status of the spatial structure and the functions for the resource -based cities＇innovation system the article puts forward taking science＆teohnology industrial parks as the spatial development method of the innovation system for the resource - based cities. And it analyzes the action of science＆technology industrial parks on the innovation of the resource - based cities. At last, the article considers that the resource -based cities should develop science＆technology industrial parks adjusting measures to local conditions.
