摘要
以黑米、糯米、桂圆肉、莲子、薏米、花生等为原料，经不同条件的适当处理生产出风味独特、营养价值高于同类产品的黑米营养八宝粥。通过对比实验确定了最佳工艺条件及配方，较好地解决了八宝粥常常存在的汤汁与固形物分层的技术问题。
Rice glue congee nourished with black rice was made with black rice,glutinous rice,Longan,force wheat and peanut by proper ways under different conditions.It has a distinctive taste and higher nutritive value than congeneric products.The optimum technology and formulation were determined by contrast experiment,and the problem of the lamination of solids and liquids was resolved satisfactorily.
