氯丁胶乳和乙烯基丙烯酸酯乳液共混制备环保型鞋用胶粘剂 被引量:2

摘要 主要研究了乙烯基丙烯酸酯乳液(SAE)含量,对共混胶乳(膜)的贮存稳定性、形貌、力学性能的影响。通过剥离强度试验测定了该环保胶的粘接性能。结果表明:当胶粘剂配方中含有质量分数40%的SAE(占胶粘剂干重的质量分数),其胶乳具有好的贮存稳定性,共混胶膜呈海-岛结构,此时胶膜是软而韧的且具有一定的强度。在最佳条件下合成的乳液配制成的胶粘剂,对PVC人造革、SBS橡胶、帆布、海绵具有良好的粘接性能,在制鞋等领域有广阔的应用前景。 Effects of vinyl- acrylic emulsion (SAE) contents on the storage stability and the mechanical properties of PCL/ SAE blend films were investigated. The adhesive performance of the waterbased shoes adhesive agent was evaluated by peel tests. The results show that when the waterbased shoes adhesive agent contained 40 wt% styrene - acrylate emulsion ( dry weight), it has good shelf - stability. The blend film, with sea - island structure, is characterized by ductility and flexiblity. The water - based adhesive agents prepared under the optimal conditions are good at viscidity to PVC, SBS rubber, canvas and sponge, so its has a wide future in the shoemaking industry.
