摘要 将硅烷偶联剂处理的、酞酸酯偶联剂处理的、未经表面处理的纳米SiO2和普通SiO2来增韧增强聚氯乙烯(PVC)人造革,对PVC人造革的拉伸强度、针入度、表面质量进行分析,讨论了SiO2的细度、表面处理和含量对PVC人造革性能的影响。结果表明,用酞酸酯偶联剂处理的纳米SiO2,当纳米SiO2用量为5%(质量分数)时,经过改性的PVC人造革综合性能最好。 The nano-SiO2 and the general SiO2 with or without silane coupling agent treatment, the titanate coupling agent treatment, were added into matrix of PVC artificial leather to improve the strength and toughness. The tension strength, the penetration altitude and the surface quality of PVC artificial leather were analyzed. Influence of size and surface treatment and content of SiO2 on the PVC artificial leather properties was discussed. The results show that the general properties of modified PVC artificial leather is best when the nano-SiO2 is treated with titanate coupling agent and mass fraction of the nano-SiO2 is 5%.
