摘要
以氯丁橡胶A - 90、MMA、2 40 2酚醛树脂为主料 ,以甲苯、丁酮为溶剂 ,以BPO为引发剂 ,在 30 0L聚合釜中进行了接枝氯丁胶的试验和生产。讨论了原料配比、聚合工艺对接枝胶性能的影响 ,通过正交设计确定了最佳配方。本研究的接枝氯丁胶固含量 (2 0± 1) % ,粘度 2 5 0 0~ 30 0 0mPa·S ,对多种制鞋材料均有较高的粘接强度 。
Experiments and production of the graft neoprene adhesive were given in a polymerizer with 300 L from the main materials(neoprene A-90,MMA and phenolic resin 2402),the solvents(toluene and butanone)and initiator BPO.Effect of raw material ratio and polymerizing process on the properties of the graft neoprene adhesive was discussed,through a orthogonal design the optimum formula was decided.The graft neoprene adhesive has solid content of (20±1)%,viscosity of 2500~3000 mPa·s and higher bonding strength to many shoe-making materials,its performances can meet all of requirements for shoe-making production.
