摘要
"全员育人导师制"是在"三全育人"大德育观及其"全员育人"教育理念的指导下,将学校德育工作的目标、任务由担任"导师"的教师与校系学生管理部门和班主任一起分工承担落实,真正实现教师教书、育人并重的一种新型的教学和德育管理模式。文中阐述了"全员育人导师制"的含义及其提出的原因,探讨了"全员育人导师制"实施目标。
＂The whole staff nurtures the human tutorial system＂ is in ＂Three-wide education＂ the big moral education view and ＂The whole staff nurtures the human＂ under the education idea instruction, school moral education work goal,duty by assumption ＂teacher＂ the teacher and the school are the student control section and the teacher in charge divide the work together undertake the realization, realizes the teacher to teach, to nurture one kind of new teaching and the moral education management pattern truly which the human pays equal attention to.This paper describes the meaning of ＂The whole staff nurtures the human tutorial system＂ and the reasons caused by,discusses ＂The entire personnel educate people tutorial system＂ putting target into practice.
