摘要
为研究车载倾斜发射装置发射过程中动力学响应情况,以有限元软件和多体动力学软件为基础,建立某型导弹发射装置刚柔耦合动力学模型,研究燃气流作用、液压缸变形、发射车架变形、发射转台变形以及发射箱支架变形等因素对发射装置动态响应的影响,获得各种因素对发射箱下沉量的影响系数。研究结果表明,利用刚柔耦合模型,能够有效模拟导弹发射过程中的动力学响应过程,为发射过程扰动研究提供依据。
In order to study the dynamic response of the vehicular guided missile launcher during launching aslant,a coupled rigid and flexible model based on FEA software and computational dynamics of multibody systems software was used to simulate the dynamic process.The factors which influenced to the dynamic process,such as jet flow,hydraulic equipment distortion,bodywork distortion,revolver distortion and bracket distortion,etc.were considered and analyzed quantitatively.The study has demonstrated that the coupled rigid and flexible model has a great capability for simulating missile launch processes and studying the disturbances.
