摘要
利用ADAMS进行了多轴汽车同相位角阶跃输入响应分析,发现横摆角速度超调量和稳定时间增加,从而诱使汽车出现转向摆振,在此基础上通过分析车轮转角曲线,找到摆振原因,提出改进措施,并对每种措施的有效性进行了仿真分析。结果表明:适当增加悬架刚度、悬架双向阻尼系数、横向稳定拉杆刚度,并优化转向机构布置,可以降低转向摆振。
Response of angle step input in-phase of multi-axle vehicle was analysed with ADAMS software.It was found that the increase of over-adjusting quantity and tranquilization time of yaw rate could cause steering swing vibration.After wheels turning angle curves were analysed,the reason of steering swing vibration was found and the improvement steps have been advanced.After the validity of every step was simulated and analyzed,it was shown that appropriate increase of suspend stiffness,suspend bidirectional damp ratio,transverse tranquilization pole stiffness,and optimization of steering framework position,could decrease steering swing vibration.
