摘要
该文讨论了运用虚拟样机技术,对所研究方案中月球漫游车在月面环境中越障时的平顺性仿真分析方法,简介并讨论了漫游车在月球表面的行驶路面环境,根据六轮摇臂式月球漫游车的结构特点,建立了11自由度的月球漫游车振动系统动力学模型,通过仿真试验,分析了在月面环境下漫游车主要悬架参数对平顺性的影响,从而实现了在漫游车的研究设计阶段,对其平顺性进行预测和分析的目的。
This paper discusses the method for ride comfort simulaion of six - wheel lunar rover under obstacle -climbing by using visual prototyping technology. The drive condition on moon is introduced and discussed. According to the structural features of six - wheel rocker - bogie lunar rover, a mechanic model of lunar rover with 11 degrees of freedom is built. After simulation, the effects of suspension parameters under moon conditions are analyzed, and the ride comfort of the lunar rover is evaluated at its research and design stage.
