：γ－亚麻酸对人体的生命与健康起着十分重要的作用。其直接来源是天然植物月见草籽，但因受产地、产量、成本高的影响而不能满足社会的需要。生物固态发酵法生产γ－亚麻酸油脂，具有设备要求简单，投资少，加工成本低，无废水污染，易大规模生产等优点，宜于工业化生产。
γ linolenic acid is very important to people's living and health.It comes from the natural plant—the seed of Evening Primrose.However.Because of the weather、output、place of production and high production costs.It can't meet the needs of people.Producting γ linolenic acid oil by solid fermentation requirs more simple eqnipments、lower investment、lower production costs and no waste water pollution.It is easy to be abtained and to be produced in plant.
