摘要 通过分析各种除灰工艺的利弊,针对废液的处理,推荐使用硫酸-高锰酸钾除灰工艺,以求在某些场合取代硝酸除灰工艺。该工艺的废液处理方便,向待处理的废液中添加适量的硫代硫酸钠或亚硫酸钠。这样,可将锰以二氧化锰的形式沉淀,去除过量的锰;同时也消除了废液所具有的特殊颜色。 Based on analyzing the pros and cons of various ash removing processes and consideration of the spent liquor treatment, H2SO4-KMnO4 ash removing process is recommended in order to replace HNO3 ash removing process in some occasions. Its spent liquor treatment processing is convenient, which only needs to add a suitable amount of Na2SzO3 or Na2SOa to the waste. In this way, Mn can be precipitated out in the form of MnO2, so that excessive Mn is removed; and at the same time, the special color of the spent liquor is also eliminated.
