摘要
铝合金阳极氧化工件表面砂眼缺陷的成因复杂且难以界定,是困扰3C电子产品用铝相关行业的一个主要难题。采用金相、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线能谱(EDS)等检测手段,结合铝材后加工应用工艺,对铝合金阳极氧化外观件砂眼缺陷的成因进行了分析和验证。结果表明,除铝材原始损伤外,多个铝材后加工工序的处理不当也可能会导致砂眼缺陷的产生,具体原因包括冲压工后制程锆砂杂质压入、CNC工序铝屑划伤、阳极氧化前处理工序试剂残留和铝材保护膜压印等。
It is difficult to define the cause of the surface sand-hole defects of aluminum alloy anodized exterior parts,which is a major problem in the aluminum related industry of 3 C electronics. With analysis methods of metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope( SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy( EDS),and combined with back-end processes observation,causes of sand-hole defect on anodized aluminium cosmetic parts are studied and checked. The results show that beside raw material damages,many reasons related to improper back-end processes of aluminium materials can also cause sad-hole defect,including zircon sand pressed-in during stamping,debris scratching during CNC,chemical remnants from pretreatment of anodic anodization and plastic film pressed-in.
