摘要
导弹发射装置的质量关系到载机和导弹的安全。对某型发射装置中作为主要构件的导轨出现的黑斑进行了分析,得出了失效原因:导轨位置切削变形量大,成型铣加工精度较低,碱洗时腐蚀程度较重,同时造成较多杂质附着,改变了阳极氧化条件,形成氧化膜表面的黑斑。
The quality of air-to air missile's launcher plays a vital role on the carrier and missile. The black spots on a launcher rail, which is the main structure of eject apparatus, were analyzed. It was found that the large cutting amount and low precision for forming cutting of the launcher rail caused severe erosion and impurities' attachment, which changed anodic oxidation condition and formed black holes on oxide film.
