摘要 以天津湿地分离的纺锤螺旋藻TJSD为对象,研究了温度、光照度和pH对纺锤螺旋藻TJSD生长量和形态的影响。研究结果表明,适宜纺锤螺旋藻TJSD生长的温度为25~35℃,pH为7~11,其中最适生长温度为35℃,最适生长pH为10。在3000~12000 lx光照度范围内,纺锤螺旋藻TJSD的生长量随光照度的增强而增加;在测定生长量的同时,观察了不同条件下纺锤螺旋藻TJSD的形态变化,发现高温可以使藻体的螺宽、螺距明显变小;高pH值使得藻体的螺旋数量大幅度增加;从低光照度到高光照度,藻丝体略变粗,螺旋变得紧密,螺旋数量先增多后减少,藻体的颜色由翠绿色逐渐变成淡黄绿色。 The influence of temperature, pH and illumination on growth and morphology was studied in alga Spirulina fusiformis TJSD isolated from Tianjin marsh. The good growth was found between 25 ℃ and 35 ℃, and pH from 7 to 11, with the optimal temperature of 35 ℃, and the optimal pH of 10. The alga had increase in growth with light intensity increase from 3000 lx to 12 000 lx. The width and pitch of the alga were found to diminish under high temperature while the helix number increased at high pH values. The alga was observed to become short body, tight and more helix and change in color from greenish to yellowish with change in illumination intensity from low to high intensity.
