常见废水与螺旋藻生长的适配性研究 被引量:7

摘要 分别利用中水、淡水养殖废水、海水养殖废水、污水处理厂处理后的电厂废水,培养盐泽螺旋藻351、极大螺旋藻438、纺锤螺旋藻TJSD、钝顶螺旋藻834和分离自内蒙古天然湖泊的螺旋藻(NMG),以生物量和藻体颜色为指标,研究螺旋藻在各种废水中生长情况。发现淡水养殖废水培养盐泽螺旋藻351的效果最好。在此基础上通过单因子试验,研究小苏打、硝酸钠、光照度及温度等对盐泽螺旋藻351生长的影响。试验结果表明,在淡水养殖废水中添加小苏打3.0~13.5g/L、温度25~40℃、光照度6000~12000lx的条件下,该藻种能快速生长。在小苏打9.0g/L,硝酸钠1.0g/L,光照度10000lx,温度32℃条件下培养,干藻粉产量达3.15g/L;光照度9000lx,温度25℃条件下培养,蛋白质含量达31.7%。因此,利用淡水养殖废水培养盐泽螺旋藻351具有可行性。 Reclaimed water, industrial sewage and aquaculture effluent were used to cultivate green alga Spirulina subsalsa 351, S. maxism 438, S. platensis. 834, S. fusi formis TJSD and Spirulina NMG isolated from lakes in Inner Mongolia. The S. subsalsa 351 cultivated by freshwater-aquaculture effluent were showed to have the the best growth on the basis of the biaomass and the alga color. Thus,the effects of baking soda, sodium nitrate,light intensity and temperature on growth of S. subsalsa 351 were studied in a single factor experiment. It was found that the S. subsalsa 351 had good growth at concentration of 3.0 13.5 g/L for baking soda,1.0~2.0 g/L for sodium nitrate,tempreature from 25℃ to 40℃ ,and light intensity of 6000 ~ 12 000 lx. The results showed that the dry biomass of 3.15 g/L was obtained at the baking soda concentration of 9.0 g/L,sodium 1.0 g/L,light intensity of 10 000 lx and temperature of 32℃ with the maximal protein content of 31.7% under the light intensity of 9000 lx,and temperature of 25℃, indicating that it is feasible to culture S. subsalsa 351 in freshwater aquaculture effluent.
