稠油高温树脂堵水工艺试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 方法利用耐高温树脂在固化剂的作用下形成大分子聚合物的特性,进行稠油井的堵水和调剖。目的对稠油油层进行堵水、调剖、从而改善吸气剖面和地层的非均质性。结果选出了一种能耐380℃高温的树脂。通过对固化时间、固化强度和使用浓度三个指标的考核,确定了高温树脂堵水的配方和工艺。结论通过室内试验和模拟试验,证明高温树脂堵水、调剖是一种行之有效的新方法,对提高稠油油井的产量和提高稠油油藏的采收率将起到积极的作用。 Method Water plugging and profile controlling were conducted in heavy oil wells by using high temperature resistance resin which can form macromolecule polymer when reacting with hardening agent. Purpose To improve gas entry profile and formation heterogeneity through water plugging and profile controlling. Result A resin which can resist high temperature of 380℃ was chosen. Through assessing curing time, curing strengh, and service density, the formula and technology of water plugging with high temperature resin were determined. Conclusion Laboratory test and model test showed that water plugging and profile controlling with high temperature resin was an effective new method, and was helpful f or improving heavy oil production and recovery factor of heavy oil reservoirs.
