摘要 针对裂缝型油藏堵水施工过程中堵水剂易沿着裂缝向地层漏失这一问题,提出了三维网状堵水剂的堵水工艺,研发出了适合裂缝型油藏的三维网状堵水剂。选定了酚醛树脂交联剂凝胶体系,并研究其与聚丙烯酰胺匹配的性能。结果表明:该三维网状凝胶堵剂发生交联反应后,能形成牢固的三维网状结构,实现裂缝型油藏封堵作用。该体系配方为6 g·L^(-1)部分水解聚丙烯酰胺+9 g·L^(-1)酚醛树脂交联剂+3 g·L^(-1)碳酰胺,该体系组成的凝胶成胶强度高达90 Pa·s,30 d黏度保留率大于90%,对人工造缝岩心的封堵率高达95%以上,具有一定的高温适应性,并且该药剂对平台流程破乳剂处理效果没有影响,具有较好的压制底水锥进的能力,现场施工井综合含水率下降了55%,取得了较好的堵水效果。 In view of the problem that the water plugging agent was easy to leak along the fracture to the formation during the water plugging construction of fractured reservoir,the water plugging technology of three-dimensional network water plugging agent was proposed,and the three-dimensional network water plugging agent suitable for fractured reservoir was developed.Phenolic resin crosslinking agent gel system was selected,and the performance of polyacrylamide was studied.The experimental results showed that after the cross-linking reaction of the three dimensional network gel plugging agent,a strong three-dimensional network structure was formed,the sealing effect of the fractured reservoir was realized.The formula system was determined as follows:6 g·L^(-1) partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide+9 g·L^(-1) phenolic resin cross-linking agent+3 g·L^(-1) carbamide.The gel strength of the system was up to 90 Pa·s,the viscosity retention rate of 30 d was more than 90%,the plugging rate of artificial joint core was as high as 95%,and it had certain high temperature adaptability.And the agent had no effect on the demulsifier treatment effect of the platform process,and had a good ability to suppress the bottom water coning.The comprehensive water cut of the field construction well was decreased by 55%,and good water plugging effect was achieved.
