含N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺四元共聚物的合成及pH响应可控交联研究

摘要 针对目前交联剂加聚合物复配在现场使用中存在的化学吸附及色谱分离等问题,以N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(NHMAM)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸(AA)和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸钠(AMPSNa)为共聚单体,通过水溶液共聚合合成了一种四元共聚物,对产品的结构进行了表征。研究了体系pH、NHMAM含量、聚合物浓度对聚合物溶液交联成胶速度的影响,考察了交联凝胶的耐老化性及微观形貌。结果表明,此四元共聚物在水溶液中可自发交联形成凝胶,且成胶反应具有pH响应性,pH降低、NHMAM含量及聚合物浓度提高,成胶时间缩短,凝胶在90℃下90 d的黏度保留率可达90%,体现出非常好的耐老化性能。 In view of the problems of chemical adsorption and chromatographic separation existing in the field application of polyacylamide and cross-linking agent,using N-hydroxymethylacrylamide(NHMAM),acrylamide(AM),acrylic acid(AA)and sodium 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonate(AMPSNa)as comonomers,and a quaternary copolymer was synthesized by aqueous solution copolymerization,and the structure of the copolymer was characterized.The effects of pH,NHMAM content and polymer concentration on the cross-linking rate of polymer solution were studied,and the aging-resistance and microscopic morphology of cross-linked gel were investigated.The results showed that the quaternary copolymer could spontaneously crosslinking in aqueous solution to form gel,and the gelling reaction was pH responsive.If decrease the pH or increase the NHMAM content and polymer concentration the gelling time will be shorter.The viscosity retention rate of crosslinking copolymer at 90℃for 90 d could reach 90%,reflecting an unusually good aging-resistance.
