摘要
发动机轴瓦的耐磨性能对曲轴的使用寿命有着很大的影响,为了增强轴瓦的耐磨性能,通常在轴瓦的Cu-Pb合金层表面镀上软镀层。本文通过不同试样的扩散试验,研究了3层Cu-Pb合金轴瓦的Pb基镀层中所含Sn和In的扩散性能,并分析了因扩散作用而引起的镀层含量变化、耐腐蚀性变化以及对镀层结合强度的影响。研究结果表明:在Pb-In镀层中加入Cu可明显抑制In的扩散,能提高镀层的耐腐蚀性、结合强度及机械性能。
The wearing qualities of an engine bearing has a considerable influence on its service life, and a soft plating coat is usually applied to the Cu-Pb alloy surface layer of bearing to enhance the wearing properties. Samples of different diffusion test are studied on the diffusibility of Sn and In contained in Pb-base plating coat of 3-layered Cu-Pb alloy bearing. Analyses show that the diffusibility has impact on its soft plating coat content, corrosion resistance and anchoring strength. Research proves that Cu can be added into Pb-In plating coat to check the diffusion of In so as to improve the plating coat corrosion resistance, anchoring strength and mechanical property.
