摘要
对三种常见的铝锡铜合金AlSn6Cu、AlSn20Cu、AlSn30Cu的热膨胀性能进行了研究。结果表明:随着合金中Sn含量的增加,组织中β(Sn)相增加,膨胀系数减小;高熔点的Cu元素固溶于α(Al)相中,使α(Al)晶格常数下降,能有效抑制合金膨胀系数随温度的急剧变化。
The thermal expansion of Al-Sn-Cu bearing alloy,AlSn6Cu,AlSn20Cu and AlSn30Cu,was determined. Results show that with the increasing content of Sn the β(Sn) phase increase and coefficient of expasion decrease. The dramatic changes of expasion coefficient of the alloy with temperature dependence decrease with increasing of copper content which has higher melting-point .Copper dissolving in the α(Al) phase brings about α(Al) lattice dropping.
