摘要
研究了含硅量(1~5)wt.%的新型A1-10Sn-Si合金的室温力学性能及拉伸断口形貌结果表明:随硅含量的增加,合金的硬度(Hv)明显增加,屈服强度(σ02)和抗拉强度(σb)略微增加,延伸率(δ)降低,特别是当硅含量达到5wt%时,延伸率(δ)明显降低合金的拉伸断口呈现以韧窝形断口为主的韧性断裂形貌。
Mechanical properties and tensile fracture surfaces at room temperature for new Al-10Sn-Si alloys with silicon content of 1 to 5 wt.% were studied in this thesis. The results show that hardness (Hv),tensile proof stress (σ02)and ultimate tensile strength(σb)of the alloys increase and its elongation(δ)decreases with increasing of silicon contents.Especially,elongation obvioursly decreases at silicon content with 5 wt.%. SEM of tensile fractures surfaces show that the fractures mechanism is tenacious fracture.The dimples are mainly coused by iterface separation between β(Sn) and Si phases.
