摘要
应用计算流体动力学及有限元方法创建钢制车轮外流场的仿真模型。采用了两种不同形式模型方案,解决了复杂结构车轮轮廓边界层划分及车轮接地区域网格的生成问题。采用RNGk-ε湍流计算模型,分析车轮的气动阻力系数变化规律,为基于空气动力学的车轮设计提供理论依据。
Based on the aerodynamics and the finite elements techniques, the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model was developed. Using three different kinds of models, solutions of the surface boundary layer generation on complex structure wheel and the mesh generation between wheel and road surface were made. The RNG k-ε turbulent model was introduced to study the aerodynamic drag coefficient of wheel. Investigation aims to present a renovate way to design automotive wheels based on aerodynamics.
