摘要
应用计算流体力学的方法,对具有不同辐板的车轮外流场进行了数值模拟,并与试验相对照,讨论不同的车轮辐板所引起的气动特性的变化.根据车轮上辐板的不同,对于同一型号的8种车轮模型分成3组进行研究.通过对比分析不同车轮的表面压力系数以及车轮周围的涡流等流场特性,可以得知:车轮辐板的改变不仅影响车轮的局部流场,还会影响整车的气动特性.模拟结果表明,车轮阻力系数改变是由其周围流场中涡流特征的变化所致.
The change of aerodynamic characteristics caused by different wheel spokes is discussed on the basis of a comparison of numerical simulation and experiment. The wheels were divided into three groups in the process of comparison and analysis. Pressure coefficients on surfaces of the wheels and vortices around the wheels were under discussion. Results show that the shape of a wheel influences not only the flow field around wheel but also the aerodynamic characteristics of automobile. Further analysis indicates variations of wheels' drag coefficient are the results of changes of vortex characteristics in the surrounding flow field.
