吸烟和谷胱甘肽S-转移酶MI的多态性与宫颈癌风险 被引量:3

摘要 该研究探讨吸烟和致癌原代谢基因多态性对宫颈癌的致癌作用。研究者以124名日本宫颈癌患者及125名健康对照为研究对象,研究者分析了9种基因的基因型,发现了11种编码致癌原代谢酶的多态性。研究结果显示,病例组中人类乳头瘤状病毒感染率和患者吸烟水平均显著高于对照组。CYP1A1、CYP2E1、CYP2A6、NQ01、NAT2、mEH、MPO和GSTT1基因的基因型分布不存在统计学差别。然而,病例组中GSTM1缺失基因型的比例显著高于对照组。在非吸烟组中GSTM1缺失的暴露率较高,而在吸烟组中并不显著。研究者通过现况研究调查发现,吸烟和GSTM1缺失为宫颈癌的危险因素,然而,这2种危险因素间并不存在相关性。研究者尚不能证实吸烟和GSTM1缺失的相互作用能够增加日本青年患宫颈癌的风险,需要对吸烟情况即主动吸烟和被动吸烟情况均进行深入的研究。
