氟苯尼考联合用药对产ESBLs鸡大肠杆菌抗菌活性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为测定氟苯尼考联合用药对临床分离产ESBLs鸡大肠杆菌的抗菌活性的影响,采用纸片扩散法检测ESBLs菌,并用微量液体2倍稀释法测定单独使用氟苯尼考、黏菌素、头孢噻呋、阿米卡星、多西环素、痢菌净、磷霉素,以及氟苯尼考与上述6种药物不同比例联合使用时对鸡大肠杆菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果发现,临床分离的7株大肠杆菌均产ESBLs,对氟苯尼考、头孢噻呋、痢菌净耐药率高达100%,对阿米卡星、多西环素、磷霉素的耐药率分别为71%、57%、57%。氟苯尼考与黏菌素、阿米卡星、多西环素、痢菌净联合使用时,抗菌活性有所提高,氟苯尼考与多西环素以1∶2比例复配时,MIC值下降幅度最大。 To determine the antibacterial activity of florfenicol combinations against E. coli producing extend-spetrum beta-lactamases (ESBLs) in chicKens,the minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of florfenicol, colistin, ceftiofur, amikacin, doxycycline, amikaein, fosfomycin and the different percentage of florfenicol combinations against the E. coli isolates, which producing ESBLs determined by slip diffusion method, were determined by using liquid double microdilution method. The results showed that all of the seven strains isolated from chicken were ESBLs-producing strains and the rates of drug resistance of florfenicol, ceftiofur,maquindox,amikacin, doxycycline and fosfomyein were 100% ,100% ,100% ,71% ,57% and 57% ,respectively. The MIC of florfenicol combinations was lower than that of single drug. The best effect was obtained when florfenicol and doxycycline were combined.
