摘要
"职业高原"现象在图书馆员工中广泛存在,本文运用职业高原理论对图书馆员进行了分类,指出跨越职业高原,个人应发挥主导作用,并用Rantze和Feller的"员工个体应对4策略",对克服馆员职业高原现象提出了相应对策建议。
Many of library people are haunted by the phenomenon of " Career Plateau". On the basis of" Career Plateau" theory, the author points out that personal efforts are key to cope with this phenomenon. The author also believes that the four strategies described by Rantze and Feller are solutions to overcome the phenomenon.
