摘要
"职业高原"现象在图书馆员中广泛存在。分析了"职业高原"产生的原因,从人本思想出发,在社会、组织和个体三个层面上提出了相应的应对措施。
"Career plateau" phenomenon exists widely in the career development of university librarian.This paper analyzes the causes of the phenomenon and puts forward the counter-measures in social,structural and individual aspects form the ideas on humanistic management.
