摘要
引入地理信息系统技术,提出了基于A rc/In fo设计开发水雨情防汛G IS监测系统的设计模式,对水情信息建立动态性监测系统,为水雨情预报、洪峰预测、规划决策等提供科学依据。
Introducing the technology of GIS, based on Arc / Info, the design model was put forward to develop the rainfall and flood control monitoring system by GIS, established a dynamic hydrological monitoring system. The scientific basis can be supplied for the water flow and rainfall forecast, the peak discharge prediction, planning and decision-making.
