摘要 利用GIS平台,结合大坝安全监控理论,采用MapObjects对ArcGIS进行二次开发,研制了具有实时采集、在线处理、离线分析、辅助决策等功能的大坝安全监控信息系统.同时探讨了基于组件式GIS平台的大坝安全监控系统的功能、结构框架及实现途径.该系统的建立可弥补常规监测系统的缺陷,实现了大坝安全在线监测、评价,提高了对大坝安全监控的能力. In combination with the theory of dam safety monitoring, a dam safety monitoring information system with the functions of real-time acquisition, online processing, off-line analysis, and auxiliary decision-making was developed by use of MapObjects for secondary development of ArcGIS. The function and structure of the dam safety monitoring system based on component GIS as well as its operation process were discussed. The present system overcomes the disadvantages of the conventional monitoring system, and realizes the online monitoring and evaluation of dam safety.
