摘要
对我国农村居民消费的影响因素进行实证检验可以发现,我国农村居民消费具有示范效应和攀附行为的特征,除受收入水平影响之外,还受到其他多种因素的影响。因此,促进农村居民消费的财政对策建议主要有:完善财政支农体系,促进农村居民收入持续稳定增加;以实现公共服务均等化为目标,积极推进城乡一体化建设,增强农村居民消费信心;优化财政支出结构,改善农村消费环境;通过财政与金融手段的有效配合促进农村消费增长。
This article analyzes the constraint factors of Chinese rural residents＇ consumption by evidence test, and concludes that China＇ s rural residents＇consumption not only had the main features of the demonstration effect and cling behavior, but also was affected by a variety of other factors besides income level. So there are some suggestions： Improving the government expenditure system on agriculture and promoting the rural residents＇ income to increase stably and sustainably; enhancing the rural residents＇ confidence and achieving the aim of equalization of public service; optimizing the structure of fiscal expenditures to improve the consumption environment in rural areas;promoting rural consumption growth through fiscal and financial means.
