摘要
文章论述了公共财政下政府要在推动产业技术创新上更有作为 ,分析了当前财政政策支持产业技术创新面临的主要问题 。
This article discusses the necessaries of public financial policies on accelerating industrial technology innovation,and the obstacles need to be moved in the process.Then,proposed some advice on how to adjust public financial policies according to improve industrial technology innovation.
