摘要
目的探讨医院中草药零库存实施的方法与体会。方法通过统计与分析临床用药量的情况,确立周用量和月用量,精选诚信度高,供货能力强的供应商,采取采购计划审批制,采购人员与药管人员采购验收质量把关等方法。结果实施中草药零库存壹年多来,我院中草药库存周转率得到显著提高。结论中草药零库存的优势明显大于传统库存法,在医院相关措施配套后,值得大力推广。
Aim To probe into zero-stocK technique in hospitals. Methods The weekly and monthly dose was ascertained on the basis of statistics and analysis of the clinical medicinal dose. The medicinal providers with. high reputation and a good supply were selected. purchase-plan examination and approval system was established. Purchasing agents and medicinal administrators took charge of purchases, acceptance examinations and quality check. Results The circulation rate of Chinese medicinal herb storage has greatly increased since zero-stock technique was adopted in our hospital. Conclusion Zero-stock technique is obviously superior to the traditional one and is worth spreading when relavant measures are provided.
