摘要
指出了医学院校实验耗材库房管理在计划、领用、发放等环节存在的问题,阐述了实验耗材零库存管理方法的意义、实施效果,以及实现实验耗材零库存管理的制度保障和环境支持。归纳了实验耗材零库存管理的实施方法,改变了以往计划、入库、请领审核列出库的繁琐库房管理途径,既减少了库房管理人员,又减轻了库房管理人员的工作量。
The problems that existed plan, claiming and payment in management methods of medical academy experiment expendables storehouse are pointed out. The significance, effect, rules and condition in zero inventory management methods with medical academy experiment expendables storehouse are expatiated, and the methods of zero inventory management are concluded to change the processes of from planning to purchasing, storing and using, both improving the quality of storehouse management and reducing the staff workload.
