摘要
目的:探讨饮片库房零库存在我院施行的实际意义。方法:从对医院资源利用、药房管理、饮片质量保证几方面展开分析。结果:饮片零库存管理可以节约医院宝贵资源、理顺药房管理工作、保证饮片供应质量。结论:饮片零库存对我院药房的各项管理工作有积极意义,值得推广。
OBJECTIVE： To discuss the impact of Zero Inventory of Chinese decoction pieces in our hospital. METHODS： Zero Inventory of Chinese decoction pieces was analyzed from aspects of hospital resource utilization, pharmacy management, and quality assurance of decoction pieces. RESULTS： Zero Inventory can help save precious hospital resources, streamline pharmacy management and ensure quality of decoction pieces supply. CONCLUSION： Zero Inventory of Chinese decoction pieces has positive impact on hospital pharmacy management; therefore it deserves to be popularized.
